　　Direction means objectives. You can get nowhere without an objective in life.

　　You can try to write your objective on paper and make some plans to achieve it. In this way, you will know how to arrange your time and to spend your time properly. And you should also have a belief that you are sure to succeed as long as you keep your direction all the time.

Who can ignore the facts, that we have established ourselves as a great nation in the world, that we have devised our own nuclear weapons, that we have successfully sent our satellite into space, that our GNP ranks NO. 7 in the world, that the 29th Olympic games will be held in 20xx? It is true that we have experienced plunders by other nations, we have experienced wars. But based on such ruins, there still stand our nation China, unyielding and unconquerable.

　　An American tourist said:" China has a long history of 5,000 years, but the US just has a history of 200 years. 5,000 years ago, China took the first lead in the world, but now it is the US that is leading. "My heart was deeply touched by these words. Yes it is true that we are still a developing nation, but it does not mean we can despise ourselves. We have such a long standing history, we have such abundant resources, we have such intelligent and diligent people, we have enough to be proud of.
