He could often capture the key elements of work in a short time and was capable to work independently, which enabled him to complete all kinds of tasks with great efficiency. At the same time, heis a person full of passion and vitality, who is able to encourage everyone around him and constantly bring motivations to the whole project team. When facing complex tasks, he had shown great patience and attentiveness which enabled him to discover problems in the accounts or data from time to time. He also fully exhibited the ability to solve complex problems in case of emergency.
