　　點(diǎn)評(píng)：班長(zhǎng)是公司與生產(chǎn)員工的主要溝通橋梁，屬于兵頭將尾。公司班組長(zhǎng)的管理好壞，將直接影響公司產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，他們責(zé)任重大，希望在工作中能夠得到大家始終如一的支持。

　　大會(huì)進(jìn)行第四項(xiàng)，有周友志同志發(fā)表關(guān)于改善的建議，大家歡迎!

　　點(diǎn)評(píng)：周友志的發(fā)言很精彩，是的，改善無(wú)處不在，如果大家都參與改善活動(dòng)，每天進(jìn)步一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)，那么我們的公司一定會(huì)更加美好。大會(huì)進(jìn)行第五項(xiàng)，由朱經(jīng)理代表生產(chǎn)部做3月份工作總結(jié)和4月份工作計(jì)劃，大家歡迎!
