  Never, Never Give Up

  We often hear people say, “Never give up.” These can be encouraging words and words of determination. A person who believes in them will keep trying to reach his goal no matter how many times he fails. In my opinion, the quality of determination to succeed is an important one to have. Therefore, I believe that we should never give up.

  One reason is that if we give up too easily, we will rarely achieve anything. It is not unusual for us to fail in our first attempt at something new, so we should not feel discouraged and should try again. Besides, if we always give up when we fail, we will not be able to develop new skills and grow as people. Another reason we should never give up is that we can learn from our mistakes only if we make a new effort. If we do not try again, the lesson we have learned is wasted. Finally, we should never give up because as we work to reach our goals, we develop confidence, and this confidence can help us succeed in other areas of our lives. If we never challenge ourselves, we will begin to doubt our abilities.

  In short, it is important that we do not give up when working for our goals. Whether we succeed in the end or not, we will learn something, and what we learn will help us to become better, more confident people. Furthermore, if we give up, we have non chance of attaining our goals, but if we keep trying, there is always a chance that we will succeed one day.

  轉(zhuǎn)眼間,一個學(xué)期就接近尾聲,盡管還是兩頭代課,初一的基礎(chǔ)課和初三的中考課同時進行,但是有了往年的經(jīng)驗,現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)不覺得特別倉促。原先的兩個初一班的基礎(chǔ)和學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣基本定型,剛接手的10班也還算平穩(wěn)過渡,感覺比以前進步了不少,心里的底氣也足了不少;初三學(xué)生也已經(jīng)到了中考的邊緣,因為要迎戰(zhàn)中考,所以這學(xué)期的行程非常緊張,一鼓作氣學(xué)完了兩冊內(nèi)容,不可避免的存在著過粗過快的問題,但是沒有辦法,要不然明年僅僅三個月的中考復(fù)習(xí)就很被動,至少時間上保證不了。針對后面的內(nèi)容過于粗放的弊端,我們打算利用寒假帶動學(xué)生利用同步和檢測題來查漏補缺。總之如何發(fā)揮時間單位內(nèi)的最大效益來迎戰(zhàn)明年的中考就成了我們解讀的課題。

  一、備課

  時間緊任務(wù)重(學(xué)習(xí)兩冊課本)是每屆初三的特點,再加上兩個年級同時進行,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)基于實際情況的考慮,允許我可以只備初三的課。盡管還算是比較熟悉的內(nèi)容,因為面對的學(xué)生不同(都是剛接手的初三班,而且自己都算是他們的第三任歷史老師),我還是不敢大意。初一雖然不用書面?zhèn)湔n,但是三年不接觸初一的課程難免生疏,背后的工夫也不少費,所以開學(xué)初我就重點著眼于整個的初三生活,根據(jù)教學(xué)計劃規(guī)劃好自己的教學(xué)時間安排,進行周密的個人備課,并和集體備課緊密結(jié)合,務(wù)必“據(jù)要求,高標準”,先周備課,寫好教案;認真鉆研(教材、教參和課標),虛心求教,拿捏不準,立馬查找,充分利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源,拓展教學(xué)空間。特別是這兩年來,中考命題都是依據(jù)課標,所以我們在備課時,有意識的根據(jù)課標進行取舍,既命中目標,又注意減輕學(xué)生負擔。初一則是基于學(xué)生的特點盡力的吸引學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的興趣,用豐富的多媒體引領(lǐng)他們的`歷史思維。

  二、上課

  初三的課堂要求語言精煉明確,針對中考精講精練,抓住重點,突破難點。教學(xué)中運用多種教學(xué)方法,從學(xué)生的實際水平出發(fā),注意知識之間的聯(lián)系,特別是現(xiàn)在,知識已經(jīng)基本學(xué)完,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生貯備知識并且解決問題的能力,需要在日常生活中得到鍛煉;注意調(diào)動學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的積極性和創(chuàng)造性思維,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生舉一反三的能力。課本要“進得去,出得來”,知識要“正著解,反著推”;因材施教,培養(yǎng)學(xué)困生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,分層教學(xué),有難度的問題找優(yōu)等生,一般問題找中等生,簡單些的總是找學(xué)困生回答;利用好小組合作,加強組長和組員的互動,注意對學(xué)困生進行面對面的輔導(dǎo),課后及時做課后筆記,找出不足。初一的課堂上盡量的生動活潑,激發(fā)學(xué)生的興趣,培養(yǎng)他們的歷史思維,有時候初一初三的課連著上,自己的思維方式一時還轉(zhuǎn)變不過來,真是很大的挑戰(zhàn)。

  三、輔導(dǎo)

  利用課余時間和邊角時間對學(xué)生進行知識輔導(dǎo),心靈交流。這時候,雖然離中考還有些距離,但是中考的意識要灌注到學(xué)生的腦海里,讓他們知道,現(xiàn)在所做的這一切,都是中考的準備!安挥嬢^一城一池的得失,但也要注意對整個戰(zhàn)局的全程把握”“知道自己現(xiàn)在在做什么,不要到了明年這時候才后悔”“千里之堤毀于蟻穴,別讓細節(jié)破壞了你的成功”,這些語言隨時隨地的進行。初三時節(jié),不僅僅是學(xué)生知識之間的較量,更是心理素質(zhì)和其他方面的角逐。對他們的疑惑及時解答,或拋磚引玉,教給他們好的記憶方法,好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣,做到對所學(xué)知識鞏固復(fù)習(xí),及時查缺補漏;對個別學(xué)生的焦慮,及時疏導(dǎo),并做一些具體的中考習(xí)慣解答;還與家長聯(lián)系,及時溝通情況,使家長了解情況,以便在家里對孩子進行必要的監(jiān)督。

  誰站得高,誰看得遠。除了日常常規(guī)工作,拓展課堂空間,提高課堂效率,加強自身的素養(yǎng)也是必不可少的,期中自然也包括身體素質(zhì)。這個學(xué)期,組里有兩位老師請假,剩下得五人都加大了工作力度,真是傷不起,身體才是革命的本錢?傊,自我積累自我提高,以更大的進步來彌補自己的不足。

  statistics show that stress comes from every detail in our life . financial problems , poor health , being laid off may be the stress that most adults now suffering . as students in the university , we are also under our special stress . while study , having to take various tests and submit a project against a deadline may put a great pressure on us . and the things make us felt stressed may be our parents’s greater expectations on us than we could reach . later , when we are likely to graduate , some other problems will also annoy us . i think we will worry a lot about our ability to compete in the job market and how we can best use what we’ve learned at college in our future job .

  the chief problem we should face to is our atitude towards stress .people usually say they can not live in the sun except they escape from stress . it’s unwelcome ! yes , however , very necessary . just image a world where stress does not exist and people lead their life in a very comfortable way . but is this kind of living condition as perfect as we hope ? without stress , they may feel very satisfied with the current life but lack of power to discover new things . too much result in nothing except a countermarch of the society . no stress , no development . so a certain amount of stress is good . it can stimulate us and increase our level of alertness .

  and our answer to stress is another vital problem . how to do with ourselves when stress suddenly break into our life ? to wave the white flag and admit our unability , to give up to our ideality , or worstly , just to suicide as to put an end to everything … of cause not . the principle is to tackle with stress gentlely and harmoniously. we should try our best to release ourselves . such as to do some exercise , to linsen to traditional chinese music or classical music to ease our minds and to learn to view these changes of life as challenges .it’s no use crying over spilt milk . only to accept what has happened can solve the problem .
