　　商務(wù)寫作技巧

　　使用第一人稱而不用無(wú)人稱句子

　　Wrong: "The operational goals of this organization include an increase in morale as well as overall job satisfaction."

　　錯(cuò)誤示例：這個(gè)組織的運(yùn)作目標(biāo)包括鼓舞士氣和提高工作滿意度。

　　Right: "I want to enjoy working here. I'll bet you do, too."

　　正確示例：我想要享受在這兒工作。我相信你也是。

　　使用生動(dòng)的語(yǔ)言而不是陳詞濫調(diào)

　　Wrong: "This action item calls for out-of-the-box thinking."

　　錯(cuò)誤示例：這項(xiàng)任務(wù)要求大膽開闊的想法。

　　Right: "If you've got an idea that you're afraid might be half-baked, let's consider it anyway."

　　不要重復(fù)自己說(shuō)的話

　　用名詞和動(dòng)詞而不是形容詞和副詞

　　Wrong: "We have an exciting, brand new product that will easily and quickly solve your most difficult sales process problems."

　　錯(cuò)誤示例：我們推出了一款令人振奮的、全新的產(chǎn)品，它能夠輕易解決我們面臨的最難的銷售問(wèn)題。

　　Right: " This product will help you turn prospects into customers in less time."

　　正確示例：這款產(chǎn)品能夠幫助你在較短時(shí)間內(nèi)開拓新用戶。

　　展示證據(jù)而不是觀點(diǎn)

　　Wrong: "We have the best service, the most reliable product and the friendliest salespeople."

　　錯(cuò)誤示例：我們有最好的服務(wù)，最值得信賴的產(chǎn)品和最友善的銷售人員。

　　Right: "We won the XYZ best service award. Twice."

　　正確示例：我們贏得了XYZ最佳服務(wù)獎(jiǎng)兩次。

　　商務(wù)寫作注意事項(xiàng)

　　切忌主客不分或模糊。

　　例子: Deciding to rescind the earlier estimate, our report was updated to include $40,000 for new equipment.應(yīng)改為 Deciding to rescind our earlier estimate, we have updated our report to include $40,000 for new equipment. (We決定呀, 不是report.)

　　句子不要零碎。

　　例子: He decided not to audit the last ten contracts. Because of our previous objections about compliance. 兩個(gè)句子應(yīng)該連在一起：He decided not to audit the last ten contracts because of our previous objections about compliance.

　　結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)稱，令人容易理解。

　　例子: The owner questioned the occupant's lease intentions and the fact that the contract had been altered with ink markings. 應(yīng)改為: The owner questioned the occupant's lease intentions and ink alterations of the contract.

　　單復(fù)數(shù)不要搞亂，不然會(huì)好刺眼，看著不舒服。

　　例如: An authorized person must show that they have security clearance. 應(yīng)改為 Authorized persons must show that they have security clearance.

　　動(dòng)詞和主語(yǔ)要呼應(yīng)。

　　想想這兩個(gè)句子的分別: 1. This is one of the public-relations functions that is under-budgeted. 2. This is one of the public-relations functions, which are under-budgeted.

　　時(shí)態(tài)和語(yǔ)氣不要轉(zhuǎn)換太多。

　　看商務(wù)英語(yǔ)已經(jīng)是苦事，不要浪費(fèi)人家的精力啊。

　　標(biāo)點(diǎn)要準(zhǔn)確。

　　例如: He did not make repairs, however, he continued to monitor the equipment. 應(yīng)改為: He did not make repairs; however, he continued to monitor the equipment.

　　選詞正確。

　　像 affect和effect，operative和operational等等就要弄清楚才好用啦。

　　拼字正確。

　　有電腦拼字檢查功能后，就更加不能偷懶。

　　大小寫要注意。

　　除非必要不要整個(gè)詞都大寫，除非要罵人。例如: MUST change to OS immediately. 外國(guó)人就覺得不禮貌和喝令人一樣。要強(qiáng)調(diào)的話，用底線，斜字，粗體就可以了。
