　　The Senior High School Entrance Examination is coming. In order to make a success in the exam I think it’s high time for us to relax a little. Or we’ll be too nervous to work well in the exam.

　　In order to relax ourselves, we can turn to some of our hobbies, different students have different ways --- Some watch TV, some listen to music… But for me I enjoy taking exercise most. Whenever I feel tired, I always spend an hour (in) walking or jogging in the park. Besides, I also play table tennis with my friends after class. In my opinion, taking exercise can not only rest our brains and eyes but also help build our bodies. I think it’s really helpful to both my health and my study. 　　sport plays an important role in our daily life. most of us begin our day with some kind of exercise or sport. athletics is part of our university curriculum. many students play on either the departmental or university sports team after a hard day of class.

　　some people take sports far too seriously. some people are only interested in how their favourite sports team does: they don't care much about their country or the rest of the world. these people often get into fights if their team loses.

　　when i have time for sports there is one that i like more than any other. i find bas ketball both a physical and a mental challenge. runing, jumping, and shooting, are also enjoyable and healthful sports.

　　To improve your English reading，you should，first of all，choose something you feel important or interesting to read. Don't try to read everything. You should begin with those written in simple English. Don't read those which prove difficult for you at the very beginning.

　　一、充分準(zhǔn)備，打好基礎(chǔ)。

　　為了提高書面表達(dá)水平，平時(shí)應(yīng)加強(qiáng)閱讀，多背誦一些句形、段落甚至短文。俗話說：讀書破萬卷，下筆如有神，只有多讀，多記，多背誦，才能出口成章，下筆成文。此外，還要掌握一些應(yīng)用文體的寫作方法，如書信、日記、通知等，它們大多有固定的格式。

　　二、認(rèn)真審題，明確要求

　　仔細(xì)看清寫作要求和提示，分清材料的主次，接著確定體裁、格式和人物、地點(diǎn)等要素；最后確定時(shí)態(tài)，同時(shí)考慮相關(guān)的語態(tài)搭配用法。

　　三、遣詞造句、表達(dá)規(guī)范

　　用詞要恰當(dāng)，不可逐句把提示翻譯成英語。寫作時(shí)，應(yīng)盡量選用你最熟悉、最有把握的'詞和句型來表達(dá)思想。如果有些單詞不會(huì)些，有些句型不會(huì)表達(dá)，可以設(shè)法繞開，用熟悉的同義詞、同義短語或同義句來代替。要學(xué)會(huì)善于運(yùn)用適當(dāng)?shù)年P(guān)聯(lián)詞，如and,or,but,so，because,since等，以使行文邏輯緊密，自然流暢。

　　四、認(rèn)真撰寫，卷面整潔

　　如果考試時(shí)間允許，書面表達(dá)一定要先寫草稿。在抄寫入答題卷前，要先進(jìn)行檢查修改。首先檢查所寫內(nèi)容是否切題；之后檢查主題是否明確，表達(dá)方式是否恰當(dāng)；最后檢查所用時(shí)態(tài)、語態(tài)、人稱是否符合要求，前后是否一致。

　　英語作文卷面要求：

　　1.標(biāo)題應(yīng)寫在第一行的中央。標(biāo)題中的每一個(gè)實(shí)詞的第一個(gè)字母均應(yīng)大寫。

　　2.段與段之間，一般不空行，但每段第一行應(yīng)縮進(jìn)3–4個(gè)字母所占的位置。

　　3.書寫要工整，字體稍大，詞間距離要一致，行間距離要一致，盡量避免一個(gè)單詞隔行書寫。

　　At present, a number of middle school students have picked up a bad habit - cheating in examinations.

　　There are three main reasons. First, schools have given students too many exams, some of which are too difficult. Second, some students are not hard-working and they don't work hard at their lessons. Third, they waste a lot of time playing games or surfing the Internet. So they haven't enough time to prepare for the exams. Finally, students have to do so to make their teachers and parents happy.

　　In my opinion, cheating in exams does great harm to our study. We students should be honest and diligent, and only in this way can we improve our study and make progress. Besides, our teachers should offer us fewer exams and more time to study for ourselves.
