老師放著優(yōu)美的'歌聲，我們聽(tīng)到歌聲就練起了壓腿。老師先叫我們躺在墊子上，腳抬起來(lái)，然后老師把我們的腿往下壓，右腿去貼右耳，左腿去貼左耳，還不能彎呢。剛開始有點(diǎn)痛，可是練一會(huì)就不痛了。有些同學(xué)受不了就哭了，我沒(méi)有哭。
