In recent years, losing weight has become a hot topic in our life, especially in womens community. However, losing weight has aroused peoples attention as many problems has appeared.
近幾年，減肥已經(jīng)成為我們生活中一個(gè)熱烈的話題，尤其是在婦女群。然而，隨著很多問(wèn)題的出現(xiàn)，減肥已經(jīng)引起了人們的關(guān)注。
There are many ways in losing weight. Some people lose their weight by persisting in doing exercise regularly. Some people take medicine to cut their weight. Furthermore, some turn to operation for help, especially the young. Therefore, all kinds of product have been sold in the market, such as special medicine, tea and equipment.
減肥的方式有很多種。有的人通過(guò)堅(jiān)持有規(guī)律的運(yùn)動(dòng)來(lái)減肥。有的人通過(guò)吃藥來(lái)減肥。另外，還有一些人通過(guò)手術(shù)尋求幫助。因此，各種各樣的`產(chǎn)品在市場(chǎng)上出售，比如特殊藥品，茶和設(shè)備。
Its understandable for human to pay much attention to their good-look. However, many side effects have come into being when some people are losing weight. For example, some people have lost their weight by taking medicine, but at the same time, their digestion systems have been injured. Thus, we should pay more attention to our physical coordination when we choose the way to cut our weight.
人們注意外貌是可以理解的。但是，當(dāng)有的人減肥的時(shí)候，很多副作用就出現(xiàn)了。比如，有的人通過(guò)吃藥來(lái)減肥，但是同時(shí)他們的消化系統(tǒng)也已經(jīng)受損。因而，當(dāng)選擇減肥方式的時(shí)候，我們應(yīng)該更加注意我們的身體協(xié)調(diào)。
In my opinion, doing exercise is the best way to lose weight. On the one hand, we can train our bodies by taking exercise and become healthier. On the other hand, our mind will be clearer if we do exercise often.
在我看來(lái)，做運(yùn)動(dòng)是減肥的最佳方法。一方面，通過(guò)運(yùn)動(dòng)我們可以鍛煉身體變得更健康。另一方面，如果我們經(jīng)常鍛煉，我們的思維就會(huì)更清晰。
