When I was in college, I studied very hard. As a major of English, I often practiced my oral English. Every time, I could think in English. I prefer a balance of these kinds of activities to provide both the physical conditioning and mental stimulation I need to face in the daily grind. For me, physical recreation is necessary for good health but intellectual pursuits such as reading stories provide the most pleasure.
