看些書，做些讀書筆記;每天適當(dāng)?shù)淖鲆恍┖僮鳂I(yè);看看新聞，了解一下國(guó)家大事、社會(huì)新聞;每天運(yùn)動(dòng)一下，鍛煉自己的身體;去圖書館、科技館、新華書店等處，獲取一些學(xué)習(xí)的機(jī)會(huì)，拓寬自己的視野;幫爸爸媽媽做一些力所能及的事……
看書。為了能讓自己看一些有益的書，我早早的來到書店。書店里的書各種各樣，我挑選了一些我愛看的書，把家里的書柜裝得滿滿的。這樣就不怕沒書看了。我又跑到文具店里買了一本厚厚的、漂亮的筆記本，在寒假里，我一定要把它寫得滿滿的。
運(yùn)動(dòng)。運(yùn)動(dòng)是健康的來源，可以加強(qiáng)我們的心肺功能;可以幫助我們防止骨質(zhì)疏松;可以緩和并控制我們的情緒……每天運(yùn)動(dòng)三小時(shí)，鍛煉自己的身體。跳繩、踢毽、短跑、長(zhǎng)跑……每天做一項(xiàng)運(yùn)動(dòng)，讓自己的身體變得更健康。
幫爸爸媽媽做一些力所能及的事。幫媽媽洗洗碗、掃掃地，在媽媽感到勞累時(shí)，給媽媽泡一杯茶，讓媽媽休息一會(huì)，代替媽媽做會(huì)兒。爸爸白天工作累了，回到家，給爸爸捶捶背、捶捶腿……
……
