after / behind
這兩個(gè)詞都可以表示時(shí)間或地點(diǎn)，但各有其不同的涵義。
after 表示時(shí)間時(shí)，意思是在以后，它表示地點(diǎn)時(shí)，意思是在后面，通常指次序的先后。例如：
He came after ten o'lock．他十點(diǎn)鐘以后來(lái)的`。
Two days after his arrival，I called on him. 在他到達(dá)兩天以后，我拜訪了他。
He left on Monday and returned two days after．他星期一走的，兩天以后就回來(lái)了。

He stood behind me．他站在我背后。
Walk close behind me．緊跟在我后面走。
The dog was running behind．狗跟在后面跑。

You are two hours behind．你遲了兩小時(shí)。
