篇一：程序員面試技巧,自我介紹,親身總結(jié)
1、自我認(rèn)識(shí)
想一矢中的，首先必須認(rèn)清自我，一定要弄清以下三個(gè)問題。 你現(xiàn)在是干什么的？你將來要干什么？你過去是干什么的？
這三個(gè)問題不是按時(shí)間順序從過去到現(xiàn)在再到將來，而是從現(xiàn)在到將來再到過去。其奧妙在于：如果你被雇用，雇主選中的是現(xiàn)在的你，他希望利用的是將來的你，而這將來又基于你的歷史和現(xiàn)狀。
所以，第一個(gè)問題，你是干什么的？現(xiàn)在是干什么的？回答這個(gè)問題，要點(diǎn)是：你是你自己，不是別的什么人。除非你把自己與別人區(qū)別開來，在共同點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上更強(qiáng)調(diào)不同點(diǎn)，否則你絕無可能在眾多的應(yīng)征求職者中奪魁。 對(duì)于這第一個(gè)問題，自我反省越深，自我鑒定就越成功。
隨后，著手回答第二個(gè)問題：你將來要干什么？如果你申請(qǐng)的是一份舉足輕重的工作，雇主肯定很關(guān)注你對(duì)未來的自我設(shè)計(jì)。你的回答要具體，合理，并符合你現(xiàn)在的身份，要有一個(gè)更別致的風(fēng)格。
然后，再著手回答最后一個(gè)問題：你過去是干什么的？你的過去當(dāng)然都在履歷上已有反映。你在面試中再度回答這個(gè)問題時(shí)，不可忽略之處是：不要抖落一個(gè)與你的將來毫不相干的過去。

用這樣的方法，以現(xiàn)在為出發(fā)點(diǎn)，以將來為目標(biāo)，以過去為證實(shí)，最重要的是加深了你的自我分析和理解。其實(shí)，在面試的時(shí)候不一定有機(jī)會(huì)或者有必要照搬你的大作，但這三個(gè)問題的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系點(diǎn)一定會(huì)體現(xiàn)在自我表述的整體感覺中，使你的形象栩栩如生。
2、投其所好
清楚自己的強(qiáng)項(xiàng)后，便可以開始準(zhǔn)備自我介紹的內(nèi)容：包括工作模式、優(yōu)點(diǎn)、技能，突出成就、專業(yè)知識(shí)、學(xué)術(shù)背景等。
好處眾多，但只有短短一分鐘，所以一切還是與該公司有關(guān)的好。如果是一間電腦軟件公司，應(yīng)說些電腦軟件的話題；如是一間金融財(cái)務(wù)公司，便可跟他說錢的事，總之投其所好。
但有一點(diǎn)必須緊記：話題所到之處，必須突出自己對(duì)該公司可以作出的貢獻(xiàn)，如增加營(yíng)業(yè)額、減低成本、發(fā)掘新市場(chǎng)等。
3、鋪排次序
內(nèi)容的次序亦極重要，是否能抓住聽眾的注意力，全在于事件的編排方式。所以排在頭位的，應(yīng)是你最想他記得的事情。而這些事情，一般都是你最得意之作。與此同時(shí)，可呈上一些有關(guān)的作品或紀(jì)錄增加印像分。
