　　complain ,Work out the SOP，BOM、APQP、PPAP、ECN report which is related to the project(also in English) ,

　　3) Hold on the meetings about the project plan,customer complaining,pilot run,the

　　mass-production ,dealing with about the process unusual and product improvement.

　　My advantage I think I am honest ,serious,and work hard , When I do something I will do it best. My disadvantage I think , cannot leave a job half-done and usually find myself thinking of possible solutions to problems while I am driving to work or in the shower. I also know I spend too much time in my work., I can't get enough leisure time.”
