邀請(qǐng)函是邀請(qǐng)親朋好友或知名人士、專家等參加某項(xiàng)活動(dòng)時(shí)所發(fā)的請(qǐng)約性書信。它是現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中常用的一種日常應(yīng)用寫作文種。在國(guó)際交往以及日常的各種社交活動(dòng)中，這類書信使用廣泛，在應(yīng)用寫作中邀請(qǐng)函是非常重要的。
邀請(qǐng)函的.格式主要有四個(gè)部分，分別是標(biāo)題、稱謂、正文、落款。
一、標(biāo)題
由活動(dòng)名稱和文種名組成，還可包括個(gè)性化的活動(dòng)主題標(biāo)語。如“XX公司年終客戶答謝會(huì)邀請(qǐng)函”�；顒�(dòng)主題標(biāo)語可以體現(xiàn)舉辦方特有的企業(yè)文化特色。
