It would be of great help and  I would really appreciate it if you can send a letter of recommendation to support my application. My resume with more detailed information is attached here.

　　簡單介紹自己申什么項目，為什么申該項目。對老師可能提供的幫助表示感謝。

　　Step 2:等待回復(fù)及繼續(xù)交涉溝通

　　這一步驟的郵件的寫法依據(jù)你與教授溝通的情況而定。你能做的就是保持禮貌，秒回郵件，對所申項目對推薦信的各種要求了如指掌，對答如流。
