根據(jù)《中華人民共和國合同法》的.規(guī)定，借款方為保證施工生產(chǎn)正常進(jìn)行，向貸款方申請建筑企業(yè)流動資金貸款，經(jīng)貸款方審查同意發(fā)放，為明確各方權(quán)責(zé)，特簽訂本合同共同遵守。

第二條 借款方和貸款方必須共同遵守貸款辦法，有關(guān)貸款事項按辦法規(guī)定辦理。

第六條 借款方如違反合同和貸款辦法的規(guī)定，貸款方有權(quán)停止貸款，提前收回部分或全部貸款。
第七條 擔(dān)保方對借款方歸還貸款本息承擔(dān)責(zé)任，如果借款方未按期清償貸款本息時，擔(dān)保方應(yīng)在接到貸款方還款通知后一個月內(nèi)負(fù)責(zé)歸還。
