為認真執(zhí)行國家關(guān)于電梯監(jiān)察的法規(guī)、安全技術(shù)規(guī)范，確保電梯日常維護保養(yǎng)質(zhì)量，保障電梯使用安全，我單位作如下承諾：
一、嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行國家相關(guān)的法規(guī)、規(guī)章、安全技術(shù)規(guī)范，對維護保養(yǎng)電梯的安全性能負責(zé)；
二、嚴(yán)格按照安全技術(shù)規(guī)范的要求從事電梯日常維護保養(yǎng)工作；
三、保證每月維護保養(yǎng)兩次。至少每15日進行一次清潔，潤滑，調(diào)整和檢查，做好詳細記錄，并由使用管理單位安全管理人員簽字確認；
四、設(shè)立24小時維護保養(yǎng)值班
電話，保證接到故障通知后及時予以排除，接到困人故障報告后，市區(qū)30分鐘內(nèi)抵達現(xiàn)場實施救援（其他地區(qū)1小時內(nèi)）；
五、制定應(yīng)急措施和救援預(yù)案，按規(guī)定每半年至少進行一次應(yīng)急演練；
六、發(fā)現(xiàn)事故隱患及時告知使用管理單位；發(fā)現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重事故隱患，及時向當(dāng)?shù)刭|(zhì)量技術(shù)監(jiān)督部門報告。
以上承諾，敬請廣大用戶和社會各界監(jiān)督。
電梯使用安全須知 Notice on Safety Riding
為保證乘客的人身安全和電梯設(shè)備的`正常運行，請遵照以下規(guī)定正確使用電梯。
To ensure personnel safety of passengers and normal operation of equipments please observe following rules to properly ride elevators.
1.禁止攜帶易燃、易爆或帶腐蝕性的危險品乘用電梯。
Never bring dangerous goods that are combustible、explosive or corrosive into elevators.
2.在電梯運行過程中，請勿在電梯內(nèi)蹦跳。
Please do not jump up and down in the elevators when elevators are running.
3.不允許超載使用電梯，以免發(fā)生意外。
Never overload the elevators,which may lead to accident.
4.請勿在轎門和層門之間逗留，嚴(yán)禁倚靠在電梯的轎門或?qū)娱T上。
Please do not linger between elevator car door and hall door.Never lean against car door or hall door.
5.嚴(yán)禁撞擊、踢打、撬動或以其它方式企圖打開電梯的轎門和層門。
Never attempt to force car door and hall door open by strikes,kicks,unclench or other conduces.
6.在電梯開關(guān)門時，請不要直接用手或身體阻礙門的運動，這樣可能導(dǎo)致撞擊的危險。正確的方法是按壓與轎廂運動方向一致的層站召喚按鈕或轎廂操縱箱開門按鈕。
Please do not use hand or body to retard door moving,which may lead to danger.The proper operation is to hole hall button that is in the same running direction as car goes,or hold open button in car operation panel.
7.不允許無民事行為責(zé)任能力的人員，在沒有相關(guān)人員陪同下乘坐電梯。
Never allow people with no capacity for civil conduce to ride elevators without the accompany by related person.
8.老人、行動不便者和身體不適者應(yīng)由其他人員陪同乘坐電梯。
The elders,people with disabilities or not in good health condition shall be accompanied to ride elevators.
9.嚴(yán)禁乘坐明示處于非安全狀態(tài)下的電梯。
Never ride elevators that are clearly marked in un-safety condition.

遇火災(zāi)、地震或它他菜還是，請不要使用電梯。
Never use elevators in the event of fire,earthquake or other disasters. 困人事故發(fā)生時的對應(yīng)措施：

1.請乘客保持冷靜，轎廂內(nèi)部不是完全封閉結(jié)構(gòu)，沒有窒息危險。
Please stay calm,Elevators are designed as non-airtighe so that there will always be sufficient Air.
2.使用緊急通話裝置或其他通訊工具與物業(yè)電梯管理員或外界取得聯(lián)系。
Press alarm button or use any other telecommunication tools to contact property management personnel or other related parities.
3.請勿強行打開電梯門，防止高空墜物或受傷，等候?qū)I(yè)人員救援。
Never attempt to force the elevator door open ,which may cause dropping into hoistway or njury. Please wait for rescue by professional staff.
